EVE INITIATIVE · Erbil · Kurdistan Region of Iraq · Est. 2022
An institution, not a campaign. EVE is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan organisation from Kurdistan that builds the infrastructure talent needs — to be found , proven and paid .
Talent is not the scarce resource. Infrastructure is. Kurdistan does not lack ability. It lacks the rails that carry ability from a bedroom in Erbil to a contract, a stage, a book, a company. Founding conviction, 2022 Found A talent nobody can see does not exist to the market.
We are not here to talk about potential. We are here to build the rails it runs on — one platform, one book, one prize, one leader at a time. With evidence instead of slogans, standards instead of favours, and a door that opens on merit . Infrastructure for talent.
Mission To raise public awareness, develop personal and professional capability, and create livelihoods — through knowledge, technology, leadership and financial support. Vision 2035 A Kurdistan known to the world for its people : where every talent has a route, every leader has a standard, and every idea has a home.
Six commitments. Each one is checkable from the outside. Merit Open calls, published criteria, independent juries. Never connections. Transparency Open books, named partners, audited accounts, disclosed conflicts. World standard We measure our work against the best institutions anywhere, not the nearest.
How EVE would behave if it walked into the room. Institutional Calm, permanent, accountable. Warm Human first, never bureaucratic. Exact Numbers, names, dates, sources. Ambitious Local roots, global horizon.
If your ability is real, EVE will make it visible, give it a standard to meet, and connect it to someone willing to pay for it. To talent A fair door, a clear standard, a real outcome. To partners Delivery on rails you can inspect. To funders Every dollar traceable to a result. To Kurdistan A reputation built on its best people.
Master line: “Infrastructure for talent.” Mandate: Awareness · Development · Support. Campaign line: “Found. Proven. Paid.” Kurd Prize: “The nation honours its best.” EVE Press: “Books that build builders.”
Short sentences. Active verbs. Evidence over adjectives. Principles Say what was done, by whom, for how many, at what cost. One idea per sentence; one message per page. Confident, never arrogant. Warm, never sentimental. Name people. Credit partners. Cite sources. No party language, no slogans of struggle, no flattery of power.
